Sanjana Vasisht (she/her), MSCCP
Hi! My name is Sanjana (Sun-juh-nah). I see therapy as a space where all identities and parts of you are welcome and accepted - the parts that are thriving, the parts that are struggling, and the parts that you're figuring out. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to create a space where your voice leads the way. Together, we move at a pace that's right for you - rooted in trust, compassion, and the understanding that healing is collaborative.
I understand and welcome cultural differences, and I prioritize truly seeing and valuing each person's unique background, worldview, and lived experiences. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where those individual differences are celebrated and integrated into our work together. Drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy and trauma-focused care, I tailor each session to meet you where you are.
I work with adults aged 16 and up who are navigating mood disorders, OCD, trauma, substance use, life transitions, relational and vocational challenges, and the lived experiences of immigrants, BIPOC and LGBTQ folks. I aim to create a space where you can show up authentically and move towards the changes you seek.
