We can guide you through the process of familiarizing yourself with your insurance benefits including deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket maximums before beginning therapy. HSA/FSA cards are accepted. A quote of eligibility and benefits is not a guarantee of coverage. Clients are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance.
We are unable to bill insurance for coaching services. Coaching is out of pocket only.

For those who opt to not use insurance, therapy rates are $180/session. A sliding scale fee is available for those who can demonstrate financial need.
