Meet Esther, the Operations Manager at Little Seed Wellness. A proud first-generation Dominican American and Mother, Esther is deeply passionate about expanding access to mental health care for underserved communities, which often lack prioritization in access and services. Growing up as the child of immigrant business owners shaped her work ethic and her vision for a practice where cultural competence and community care are at the center.

Esther holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University and is now pursuing her MSW. Having worked in organizations that did not always reflect her values, she is committed to building a space that does. In her role, she ensures Little Seed Wellness operates with integrity, inclusivity, and a strong dedication to serving BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and immigrant communities.

She hopes to cultivate an environment where clinicians can focus fully on providing affirming care and where clients know they are seen, respected, supported, and welcomed exactly as they are.
