Are you trying to make sense of your patterns, your relationships, or the parts of yourself you’ve been told are “too much”? Maybe you’re navigating questions about identity, sexuality, religion, and want a space where you don’t have to edit yourself to be understood. If you’re ready to get curious about the messy stuff, you’ve come to the right place.

I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ and TGNC clients, as well as people navigating current or former religious identities. My work is relational and collaborative: we explore how your relationships, history, identities, and the systems around you shape the way you experience yourself and others. I believe therapy works best when we can both show up authentically, without pretending to have everything figured out.

I’m committed to creating more than a welcoming space. I want therapy to be a liberating one. Together, we can ask difficult questions, challenge old narratives, deconstruct what no longer fits, and integrate the parts of yourself that may have felt disconnected or unacceptable.

My clinical experiences include religious trauma and spiritual abuse, complex trauma, attachment, kink dynamics, men’s health, substance use and the impact of capitalism and oppressive systems on our mental health and relationships.

I hold a Master of Arts in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Garrett Seminary, with specialized training in psychodynamic and self-psychological approaches. My goal isn’t to tell you who to become,it’s to help you develop a clearer understanding of who you are and what you want from your life and relationships.
