Zoë Naseef, MSW, LCSW

(she/they)

I am passionate about working with people to discover their most authentic sense of self, free from oppressive narratives and stigmas. I believe that each person’s mental health is inseparable from their identities, experiences, and the structures we live in. I honor those realities while empowering clients to live their best lives.

I work with teenagers and adults of all ages. I am affirming of all genders & sexualities, careers, reproductive choices, kinks, and alternative relationship structures. I also work with people striving to change their interpersonal dynamics through relationship therapy including couples, polycules, friendships, and chosen family.

I work from a feminist lens to collaborate with my clients to determine goals and obstacles for our therapeutic relationship. I recognize that each person is the expert of their own life and view my role as a facilitator of the desired change, growth, and healing. I am influenced by several frameworks including a systems-based approach, harm reduction, narrative therapy, mindfulness, transformative justice, relational, EMDR, and more depending on the needs of the space we build together. I incorporate collaboration, humor, validation, affirmation, and empathy for all clients.
